Works Planner / Scheduler
£19,839 - £22,044 per annum
6 month fixed term contract
About the role:
Our client is looking for an experienced Planner to join their Home Repairs team to ensure the efficient planning and scheduling of gas/electric repairs and servicing for their customers.
You will act as the main point of contact for customers and the Gas & Electric team and will liaise with them to book appointments and provide progress updates. Meticulous in your approach, you will ensure that all works are completed in line with their Gas Admin processes as well as checking and recording all gas certificates.
You will work closely with colleagues to see that all work is being completed in a cost and time effective manner, as well as delivering an excellent customer experience.

The ideal candidate for this role will have worked within a similar Planner role in a comparable environment so will have a good understanding of housing issues and proven customer service experience.
You will have experience in customer service and will be proficient in IT packages such as Microsoft and previous experience in Total Mobile and DRS (Optitime) would be an advantage.
You will be well organised and proactive with the ability to give information in a clear and concise way.
