We are currently looking for a Network Maintenance Operative to join our team. Assisting with the repair, maintenance and replacement of the Water mains Network, you will  excavate, assist with repair of all pipe and ancillary apparatus and reinstate the excavation, including loading/ unloading materials and backfilling. Further to this you will adhere to health and safety and comply with site based risk assessments.
 
Our ideal candidate will have experience of working in a similar construction environment (although not essential), who will be physically fit and have a flexible and willing attitude towards work. It would be advantageous for you to have knowledge of reinstatement of excavation on highways and an understanding of safe signing, lighting and guarding in relation to this.
 
Due to the nature of the role a full UK driving licence is required. You will also be required to undertake emergency 24 hour callout/standby cover as part of the rostered arrangement.
