Online Sales Advisor
Manchester or London (Home based with one day a month’s travel to office in either London or Manchester)

They are now looking for a home based Online Sales Advisor to join their dedicated team in either Manchester or London.

This is much more than your average customer service role and you will be working at the forefront of customer service where technology meets support. Our client’s customer base is deeply loyal and remains so due to the expertise and service that they receive. Your task will be to maintain these high standards and retain customers.
As an Online Sales Advisor, you will be tasked with converting enquiries via the website, phone and email into sales.
In addition, you will:
- Interact with customers online to provide a seamless customer journey
- Share your knowledge and provide the highest level of support
Within this fast-paced, exciting environment, you’ll need a passion for online sales and lead generation skills.
To be considered as an Online Sales Advisor, you will need:
- Demonstrable experience in customer service and sales
- Proven experience of working with an online platform
- Strong typing skills (70 wpm)
Fluency in a second European language (both written and verbal), in addition to English, would be beneficial, but this is not essential.
