Do you have a passion for selling, a desire to be successful, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers?

We have an exciting opportunity, within our UKI Food business, for a Key Account Manager to join our successful sales team. Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, your job will be to grow our profits through increasing our market share whilst carefully managing the existing business. With sales of over €4 million from over 100 trading accounts (and twice that number on SFDC) this area offers growth potential in a challenging environment. 

Key Account Manager Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

+ The achievement of agreed sales and margin budgets
+ Growth in customer numbers and product penetration
+ Compliance to all Company procedures and legislative requirements
+ Promoting our value proposition to all customers as a platform for growth
+ Development and delivery of a credible sales pipeline
+ Growing the diversity and depth of our relationships with customers
+ To understand and keep abreast of industry and market trends.
+ Deliver business reporting as required
+ Working with corporate sales teams as required

We Are Looking For:

Above all, you should demonstrate a drive and passion for sales and customer development while being naturally industrious and organised. It is essential that you are able to work effectively within all levels of an organisation and have the ability to prioritise and multi-task and, crucially, be prepared to take ownership and meaningful action. As a true sales professional, you will be positive and inquisitive by nature, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and sound commercial acumen. You will be able to develop relationships, positively influence both customers and colleagues and know how to close a sale. The need for strong business acumen and a proven sales or commercial track record are essential for this role.
