Somnium are looking for a Junior Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for selling off-plan property; creating a strong sales pipeline and delivering high quality customer service-oriented deals. The Junior Sales Negotiator role is a varied and stimulating one, encompassing skills and responsibilities from different areas within the bigger picture of the real estate market. In addition to promoting and selling current projects, building trust and relationship with clients is critical.

Working hours: Total 5 days of work including weekends

Monday - Friday: 9.30am until 6.30pm

Saturday - Sunday: 10.00am until 4.00pm

Responsibilities

* Work closely with the team to identify new business opportunities and generate new ideas

* Generate quality leads, follow these and consistently aim to convert

* Promote other services wherever appropriate; drive sales through the office

* Ensure that all financial targets are met and exceeded on a monthly basis

* Comply with all relevant legislation

* Ensure that all customers receive a professional, efficient, friendly and personalised service.

* Consistently demonstrate the ability to pre-empt whilst fully understanding the requirements of the customer

* Ensure than when an offer is accepted that all administrative duties are attended to and that the sale is actively progressed through to a satisfactory conclusion

* Maintain full documentation of all applicants, their requirements and actions

* Registration of applicants by phone/email or face-to-face within the office

* Update & Monitor Crm system and other online portals like Rightmove/ Zoopla

* Qualify applicants and progress them from cold to warm to hot

* Obtaining Viewing feedback; Negotiate/close sales; Sales progression

* Work closely with the marketing team and plan initiatives/ campaigns

* Work closely with clients to get positive Google reviews

* Look for various networking events/ platforms to build business
