IT Technician

An exciting new opportunity to become part of a successful team with an established company. Carrying out Windows Desktop repairs and installations  and routine servicing of Microsoft operating systems.

The role

·         To install new computers to customers premises

·         To provide telephone & remote support to customers

·         Commission of new & recondition systems

·         Attending breakdowns and installations as required

·         Carry out additional duties as and when required to ensure smooth operation of the service department at all times

Key Task

·         Maintain  a professional image for the company at all times

·         Complete all service documentation promptly and accurately

·         Very good customer communication skills

·         Confident ability to start task and see them through to the end

·         Hold a full clean driving licence, car owner proffered

·          

Required Experience

·         Windows 10

·         TCP/IP networking

·         Hardware fault finding
