Business Change Manager

About the role

This represents a fantastic development opportunity to become an integral part of the Business Change Team providing assistance and support to the DD Business Change to deliver business change projects and outcomes, which could include both projects and continuous improvement initiatives. This is as part of a wider transformation programme and the corporate centre to enable the achievement of organisational outcomes, which contribute to the effective delivery of our strategic plan.

As a Business Change Manager, you will be central to the conversations on what currently works well & how to replicate these and then project manage and lead the implementation of new ways of working that fall out of those initial discussions.

About you

You will possess a desire for change and have a natural curiosity that will allow you to identify areas of practice that work really well and can be implemented in other areas of the business as well as an enquiring mind that gives you insight into those areas that require improvement. Your communication skills and ability to build professional working relationships will be a key part of the role.

The ability to analyse diverse data and problem solve is vital to this role and if you possess project management skills then so much the better, though full training in these methodologies will be given.

Fixed Term Contract Until 9 Month contract
