You will be expected to travel regularly (10 week reviews) - with a caseload of up to 60 Learners, remaining contact to be by video conferencing.

As the Learner Mentor it will be your job to create, strengthen and own relationships with Employers and Apprentices. Manage the progression of a caseload of 50 - 60 Apprentices (dependent on nature of portfolio). Take overall responsibility for each Apprentice's journey, providing pastoral care, ensure apprentices are efficiently signposted to the resources they need for success. Provide 1st level functional skills support and co-ordinate 2nd/3rd level help. Organise infill training to support the courses attended by each Apprentice. Ensure that each Apprentice has a record that is accurate and funding compliant. Meet KPIs, including; success and timely success measures
Our client's new apprenticeship relationship managers need to be able to demonstrate how;
In the past you have ensured strong time management and demonstrated Project Management skills, when you have been able to prioritise. You will also have a passion for client liaison and relationship management, juggling a lot of mini projects. This role is key to our client's model - You will be the face of the business. You will have the focus and attention to detail like a PA or administrator, but the communication and drive of a salesperson. To be successful in this role our client need you to have experience in FE or the commercial Digital IT sector and have worked as an assessor. When working with Technical Employers you need the fundamentals or it is impossible to maintain a connection or grow a relationship.
