With an enhanced support package from the Education and Training Foundation we are able to offer the right candidate the opportunity to make the transition from industry into teaching with additional help, support and mentoring including:-
18 hours a week support/work shadowing initially
Reduced work load for the first 12 months
Initial teacher training (Level 5 or above) paid
Applicants should be occupationally competent with a minimum of three years working in the industry. You will need Maths and English qualifications to a Functional Skills level 2 or GCSE C/4 grade.

Salary – up to £36,158 per annum (pro rata if part time)
