Are you a great storyteller? We work with our customers and communities to change lives, and we’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic communicator to help us tell our story.

What’s the role?
As part of our Marketing and Communications team, you will play a vital role in communicating our successes through a range of print and digital platforms. The right candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to forge excellent relationships across the organisation, proactively working with colleagues to share their stories.

You will be responsible for managing, maintaining and developing our digital communications, creating imaginative and innovative content for our social media channels and our website. You’ll also lead on the production of regular digital and print newsletters for our customers, and help to deliver publications such as our annual report to residents.

You will handle media enquiries and produce press releases that catch the eye of key titles across local and trade press, as well as providing general communications support to colleagues, delivering key messages and campaigns.

What are we looking for?
You will be customer-focused, with the ability to interact empathetically with a wide variety of people. You’ll have an excellent grasp of written English and an understanding of how to tailor your writing appropriately for different audiences and across a range of channels. You will have experience in a marketing or communications role and you’ll be passionate about social media, with knowledge of how the digital landscape is evolving.
