Purchase Ledger Clerk - G S Hughes ltd

Responsibilities:

• Supplier invoice processing

• Weekly payment runs

• Setting up new suppliers

• Supplier statement reconciliation, requesting supplier statements where necessary

• First point of contact for purchase ledger enquiries / queries

• Other data entry related to purchase

• Resolve any queries promptly

We are looking for someone…

• Who is a quick learner;

• Basic computer skills required

• Can work on their own initiative – once trained, you will be taking over work independently

• Who has a basic understanding of purchase ledgers, crediting and invoicing; • Who is detail orientated and good with numbers

• Familiar with spreadsheets and Sage Line 50

• Who has worked in finance
