Youth Advocacy Manager
UK Youth provides young people aged 8-25 with high quality services, delivered through a network of 3,536 local youth organisations across the UK. Together we offer support, advice and training to over 1.5 million young people to equip them with skills for the future and help them engage in education, volunteering and employment.
About the role
Involving young people in the design and delivery of UK Youth's activities and empowering them to become active citizens and create positive change is embedded throughout our work. This is an exciting time to join the Engagement and Advocacy team at UK Youth as we have recently launched a new movement to #StandWithYouth to ensure that all young people have access to high quality services in their community and ensuring young people's voices are at the heart of that is essential.

It offers the chance to play a leading role in supporting young people to influence national policy and secure UK Youth as a key voice, partner and influencer.
You will be responsible for managing a range of projects and workstreams to enable young people from youth organisations across the UK Youth Movement to express their views and have them listened to. You will build effective ways of leading and representing youth organisations who are part of our movement and embed effective approaches to ensure there are opportunities for the young people they work with to get their voices heard.
