Are you an experienced and passionate Sales Manager who is seeking the opportunity to use your skills and experience within a market leading, global business?

Due to recent retirements, our client is looking for a candidate with sales and account management experience who is looking for their next step as International Sales Manager. You will be responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities for assigned accounts and areas. Working consistently towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth, in line with the company vision and values.

We are looking for a dependable dynamic team member with sales experience who is looking to progress into a key account management role.

Key Responsibilities/Objectives:

* Regular communication with directors, other managers & colleagues.

* Exhibition organisation and efficacy assessment.

* Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market(s) that ensures the attainment of company sales goals and profitability.

* To maintain existing sales and to improve ROE (Return of Capital Employed)

* Comprehensively monitor customer purchase patterns making use of various IT analysis tools and pivot tables.

* Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets and build existing ones with new and existing products.

* To establish and maintain the brand. To identify and be receptive to opportunities.

* To present a good image of the products and the Company

* To be aware of competitor activity - their strategy, pricing and weaknesses.

* To develop sound product and market knowledge.

* Attend trade association meetings and events.

* Resolving contractual and commercial problems.

* Budget preparation.

* Customer credit limits and risk management.

* Prepare presentations for customers and for sales and management meetings.

Key Skills & Experience:

* Prior industry knowledge, particularly Fire, Commercial Vehicle and Spill Containment an advantage

* Efficient presentation and communication skills

* Use of pivot tables, ability to extract information. Familiar with Epicor software desirable

* The capacity to adequately handle work stress

* Solid problem solving, decision making and analytical capabilities and excellent attention to detail

* Diligent and Trustworthy

* Dynamic and Energetic Team leader

* Relationship building internally and externally and Networking

* Persuading & Influencing

* Leading & Supervising

* Sales experience

* Language Skills ideally Spanish desirable

* Degree or equivalent or Sales experience

* Driving Licence
