Line Up Aviation has recently celebrated it's 30-year anniversary and is a globally recognised aviation recruitment organisation.

We specialise in the placement of permanent and contract professionals on behalf of some of the world's leading organisations. Due to continued expansion, we are now seeking a Resourcer or Recruitment Consultant to work alongside our successful and professional sales team.

Role: Aviation Recruitment Resourcer

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm

Location: Wellington, Somerset


As an Aviation Recruitment Resourcer, you will be primarily tasked with working on vacancies for a range of clients across the aviation industry. This will vary from one-off search assignments through to volume-based recruitment projects where you will own all elements of the recruitment process. Specifically, your role will involve:

- To provide support to, and work alongside, existing members of the sales team
- Research, identify and attract candidates using all appropriate methods to satisfy job requirements
- Write, place and update adverts in line with company procedures
- Full candidate management to include qualifying, shortlisting and presenting of suitable candidates against defined job vacancies
- Comply with company management systems, payroll and billing policies and procedures including accurate database management
- Develop an understanding of market rates and conditions within your sector

Highly Desirable Skills and Experience

- Prior experience of working as a Recruitment Resourcer
- ICT literate and familiar with Microsoft Office products
- Fluency in English both verbally and written, an additional language will be deemed advantageous
- Must have the right to live and work in the UK
