A fantastic opportunity has emerged for a specialist Tenancy Management Team Leader to join one of our most improved public sector clients in a full time (36 hours per week), fixed term contract for twelve months.
All applicants must possess previous experience of:
* Managing up to 10 staff (preferably asb/housing officers) in the public sector, carrying out appraisals regularly.
* Managing performance targets, producing statistics and analysing team performance and external trends to continuously improve service delivery.
* Co-ordinating team meetings and delegating work related tasks to the tenancy management team.
* Assist the housing officers with any complex casework, and accompany them on home visits when needed.
* Resolving complex anti-social behaviour, leasehold and rent arrears cases.
* Leading, motivating and managing the housing teams to deliver excellent tenancy management and estate inspection services for residents.
* Assisting with the strategic direction of the department.
Based in Surrey, the client is looking for a member of staff who has experience in developing a highly customer-focused, professional housing service which meets the needs of residents and responds promptly to enquiries and complaints. Being a car driver is essential.
