An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Data and Performance Analyst to join one of Badenoch & Clark's most improved Public Sector clients in a temporary, on-going role.

This role is responsible for developing analysis and reporting capabilities to monitor performance, provide statistical information and ensure the integrity of the data for both the Housing and Adult Social Care services.

You will be responsible for the collation and analysis of data using IT systems to provide regular, accurate and timely performance and management information on housing activity in the Borough. You will be providing and collating information for returns to Government, the GLA and other statutory bodies, ensuring related records are maintained accurately and available for scrutiny.

Based in South London, this is a full time role (35 hours per week) and our client is keen to recruit a candidate with the following experience of or knowledge in:

*Developing and implementing databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality

*Creating systems and using data to drive improvement or support delivery of targets

*Interpreting information to support the development of new policy or to inform the specification of services

*Adapting and responding positively to a variety of situations and people in order to meet changing priorities in the role, the Council and the community as a whole.

*Identifying what needs to be done and to develop an appropriate plan of action in order to accomplish an objective and to monitor progress against it.

*Understanding budgets, spreadsheets and the monitoring of financial information

*Being highly organised, excellent at time management and able to manage competing priorities

*Influencing and communicating effectively with a wide range of stakeholders using a variety of different methods and styles.

*Running system reports, checking for errors, meeting with relevant teams and officers on improving processes and inputting.

*Collating monthly, quarterly reports for performance monitoring and looking at trends.

*Uploading data files to statutory bodies.

*Responding for freedom of information requests.

*Setting up and maintaining statistics dashboard.

*Attending meetings to discuss statistics and trends.

*Collating data for the homeless strategy review.

The client is keen to recruit an individual with excellent analytical and Excel experience working within the Public Sector field.
