We are looking to recruit a Technical Surveyor to work for our Client.
Our Client are boiler and heating experts delivering both reactive and planned solutions to their customers. Due to company growth they require a Technical Surveyor to join their successful team and to promote the great products and services they offer.
LOCATION
Southampton to Reading area. So ideally located somewhere between the two.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be required to:
* Attend private Customers homes and offer the companies products and services which consist of boiler upgrades, heating system installations, and cover plans.
* To be the first face the customer experiences from the company and to represent a professional and reliable service.
* Create strong lines of communication between yourself and the Engineering team
* Have great knowledge of heating systems, boilers and domestic properties
* Deliver the high level of customer satisfaction
SALARY / BENEFITS
* GBP26,500 per year. OTE is circa GBP42,000 - GBP46,000 based on current performers.
* GBP3000 car allowance and 18p per mile.
* Permanent, full time position. However, there is a self-employed commission only model if preferred.
* Pension
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must have proven experience as a Technical Surveyor and be happy to upsell the company's products. There is no requirement to have up to date gas qualifications however a strong understanding of heating systems and boilers is required.
Full UK driving licence required
