COMMUNITY HOUSING CO-ORDINATOR

Salary: £24,117 - £26,571 Per Annum
As North Wales’ largest housing association, Cartrefi Cymunedol Gwynedd provide quality, affordable homes and services to our tenants, and strive to protect and develop the culture and heritage of the communities we serve as we do so.
As a registered social landlord our primary purpose is to provide affordable rented homes to those in housing need. We are an independent not-for-profit organisation registered and regulated by the Welsh Government.
With over 6,300 homes, we are responsible for the management and maintenance of these properties.
As a Community Housing Co-Ordinator the main purpose of the job will be to co-ordinate the Neighbourhood services and associated resources effectively whilst ensuring the successful delivery of services to both internal and external customers, partners and stakeholders.
It is essential that the post holder has a good standard of education to A lefel or equivalent. The ability to speak Welsh is essential in this role.
