We are currently recruiting for an HR Advisor to join our client on a part-time basis. The main remit of the position will be to operate as first line HR support, delivering a professional HR service to the organisation. You will work closely with the Head of HR to ensure all matters are progressed in a supportive and fair way.

Responsibilities and Skills:

- Provide advice and guidance to managers in HR matters.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Guide and support the HR assistant when required.
- Oversee the entire process within all properties.
- Build strong working relationships across all levels.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular Excel)

This is a part-time role working 3 or 4 days a week. The role is based in Thorpeness and you will need to be able to travel to different destinations in Suffolk if required.

The successful candidate will ideally have a CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience) and will have up to date knowledge in HR
