Production Operator
As the Production Operator you will be accurately picking and packing products.
Production Operator Job Duties -
" Pick and pack products according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
" Follow instructions from the Supervisor or team leader.
" Mix products according to Company recipes and production scheduling.
" Adhere to Health and Safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
" Achieve daily production targets set out by the Supervisor or Team leader
" If targets are not likely to be achieved, inform the supervisor.
" Palletise picked products.
" Fill out all paper work as required daily.
" Report all incidents (spills, accidents, etc.) to the supervisor.
" Report any maintenance issues to the Supervisor, if he is not available, the Maintenance Manager.
" Communicate any issues clearly.
" Maintain a clean and tidy working environment at all times
- Ensure the work area is left in a clean and tidy state at the end of each shift.
" Be a team player
- Contribute to team meetings and "tool box" talks.
" Any other reasonable request within your capability.
In return -
Rate of pay is GBP18404 (GBP8.58/hr) 41.25 hrs/wk,
20 days hols.
