Liability Claims Handler
Location: North Yorkshire
Package: cGBP25,000 + Benefits
Recruiting office: Bristol Specialist Division
Our client are looking to strengthen their Liability Claims team with the addition of a Liability Claims handler to manage a varied portfolio of claims ranging from GBP500 to GBP25,000 in value.
Day to day:
Liaising with clients regularly to ensure client service standards are maintained.
Interact with insurers to minimise processing and payment timescales
Prepare reports and collate investigation reports from Loss Adjusters as required.
Negotiate with clients and insurers as required.
About you:
You'll already be working within a Claims environment and have hands on experience in managing Liability claims under FCA rules
Your skill set should include strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management and IT skills
You should be pro-active and looking to join a firm that will value you and allow you to develop with them over the long term
