Compliance Lawyer
We are representing a large UK law firm who are looking to recruit for a Compliance Lawyer to join their Thames Valley office.
Reporting into the Head of Risk, you will be required to assist in the running of the firm's risk management systems and procedures across all Thames Valley as well as other UK offices.
The desired candidate will be required to develop good working relationships with stakeholders across the organisation to support the monitoring and delivery of risk management objectives. This involves keeping up to date with any changes in regulatory or compliance requirements, dealing with Professional Indemnity notifications and complaints. You will also provide compliance training to all levels of staff and work on various compliance related projects as and when required.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyer with 3 years PQE and proven experience dealing with professional indemnity matters, preferably in a law firm. Big Four background would also be considered. Candidates will be able to work under pressure, be a strong communicator and mentor to all levels of staff
