Initial 3 Month Contract Opportunity in Central London for an Administrator

My Client, a FTSE 100 publishing and education company, is looking to bring on a Fraud and Investigations Team Administrator to join their team in central London for a contract opportunity. This role will require the candidate to support the team with daily and ad-hoc administration, call handling, and escalations of investigations administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the investigations team in their daily and ad-hoc administration
  • Call handling and queries
  • Support the weekly reporting
  • Ad-hoc clerical work
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with third party suppliers
  • Filing and data entry

Requirements:

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience working within an administrative role (approx. 12 months)
  • Previous experience working within investigations and fraud escalation is highly beneficial
  • A Levels or higher

This is an initial 3-month contract with a very high likelihood of extension.
