Hampshire - Southampton
I have an exciting opportunity available for a qualified Asbestos Consultant to join a well respected Asbestos consultancy based in Southampton. This company's model of dealing with asbestos is by taking on the total management of projects, from the survey all the way through removal or encapsulation, handling housing stock or a commercial portfolio and the reinstatement of modern and safe alternatives.
This particular role will involve working on a mixture of contracts in Hampshire, Surrey, London, Wiltshire, Sussex and Oxfordshire.
You will also be working in a consultative position which will involve PM duties, pricing jobs, client liaison and the creation of reports.
Qualifications & Experience:
* BOHS P402 Qualified or Equivalent RSPHH Qualification.
* A good working knowledge of asbestos Health & Safety procedures.
* Possess excellent communications skills.
* Knowledge using Alpha Tracker software.
Desirable:
* BOHS P403
* BOHS P404
* BOHS P405
Role:
* Conducting Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys.
* Working as part of a team and autonomously.
* Filling in reports of your findings.
* Working on Domestic and Commercial Sites.
* Building and maintaining a professional working relationship with the company's portfolio of clients.
Package:
* GBP26,000 - GBP32,000
* 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays
* On site parking
* Van, Fuel card, Mobile and Laptop
* Flexible working hours
