Our Client is looking for a composite technician to join their team - based in Swindon. Please see below for job requirements and duties.
To produce composite components accurately, neatly, efficiently and in line with Production Procedures and / or customer requirements.
To co-operate in the undertaking of any reasonable request by Management, which may divert away from the normal duties.
To undertake any other reasonable job responsibilities as effectively as possible. i.e. Laminating, trimming, fitting, First Aid, Fire Marshall, Fork Lift etc.

• Time Keeping - Maintaining a constant level of good time keeping
throughout the day.
• Attendance - Maintaining a high level of attendance throughout the

for individual tasks. Ability to assess most efficient method of
production - problem solving.

of instruction manuals / drawings / check sheets. Correct use of
paperwork. Confidentiality.

• Flexibility to The Needs of Customers - Acceptance of the need to work

achieve the end product as required.
