Ethero is currently recruiting for a Junior Freight Co-ordinator for one of our valued clients.
Duties include:
• Liaising with clients and attending and organising key events and shows - hours can differ based on the exhibitions you attend
• Organising all transport needed for equipment to be transported to shows
• Pricing and quoting for potential clients - confidence within face to face interaction is key
• Responsible for creating customer proforma invoices
• General office administration duties
This role does not require any direct experience, only ambition, personality and work ethic. You will need to have work experience, but not direct experience of the industry.
As you may be travelling to exhibitions and events, your work times will sometimes differ, so you would need to be fully flexible in your work approach. This is an ideal role for an outgoing, fun person who is happy working away from home.
