The Company:

An established Boutique Wealth Management firm. Specialising in Ultra High Net Worth and Wealth Planning.

The Role:

The Financial Planning Assistant and sit within the Wealth Planning Business and will be responsible for providing the highest level of support to the Wealth Planners and Financial Planning Directors.

The Financial Planning Assistant will provide administrative support for the following:

* New client onboarding, including updating the client portal with new client and amended client data

* Preparation & distribution of Financial Planning client reports & letters.

* Updating price feeds and processing daily reports.

* Liaising with pension and financial planning product advisers to implement advice, obtain quotes & illustrations.

* Pre-completion & submission of forms.

* Placing of trades with platform providers to implement investment advice.

* To support & complete research for the Wealth Planners and Financial Planning Directors, including report writing, client valuations, produce client fee letters & deal with client queries.

* General wealth planning / financial planning administration including correspondence, scanning, filing & data updates

The Candidate

1 - 2 years' experience in a Wealth Planning / Financial Planning administrative position within financial services, with a strong focus on Client Services.

Experience of Financial Planning Administration of pension & life business would be beneficial.

Excellent written & verbal interpersonal skills, & capable of liaising with professionals of all levels.

Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise & manage busy & changing workloads.

Strong attention to detail & committed to delivery.

Ability to work under pressure & willing to work extra hours when required.
