Why not train to become a Secondary or Primary School Teacher with Weatherhead Teaching School/ Wallasey Primary Alliance. We offer an outstanding Initial Teacher Training (ITT) programme to ensure that you have all of the skills and confidence you will need to work in a school or early years environment.
Our School Direct programme allows you to train in Wirral schools and learn from outstanding teachers. You will successfully gain valuable experience teaching a range of ages and abilities.
Our programme is balanced with practical and theoretical education input, with graduates gaining QTS and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE), awarded through our partnership with Liverpool John Moores University. Many of our trainees secure teaching jobs in the local community.
