Are you a confident administrator with a keen eye for detail? Can you manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment?
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and professional Administrative Assistant to join our Care team at our Llys Enfys Extracare Scheme in Cardiff.
Llys Enfys, Llanishen, is a high-quality community housing and care scheme for older people which has been developed in partnership with Cardiff City Council. The scheme comprises of a total of 102 self-contained apartments with a mix of 1 and predominantly 2 bedrooms.?
Your primary duty will be to work closely with the Scheme Manager and wider team to act as the link between front line care and administration. Working together to record and maintain accurate person centred records, attention to detail will be key. Strong organisational and administration skills are vital, and you must be a critical thinker and possess a methodical approach to record keeping.
You will need to build strong working relationships with colleagues, residents and visitors to the scheme, therefore you will need to be able to communicate confidently and effectively both verbally and written. In a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same, flexibility is key.
As you will be working in a care environment, you will need to be friendly, approachable and caring. You must be able to manage multiple tasks through to completion and handle difficult situations sensitively, adapting promptly to the changing needs of our residents, whilst always demonstrating sound judgement, common sense and initiative.
