Technical Services Assistant
Customer facing, technical services role on offer at an expanding, UK industry leader that will provide full training and the chance for future career progression.
Established nearly 80 years this company are specialists in manufacture and sales of Auto-electrical parts for commercial and general aftermarkets. Due to a growing customer base this UK industry leader now require a Technical Services Advisor to support their growing team.
In this role you will be acting as a front line representative; dealing with customer enquiries, claims handling and conducting site visits and annual visits to trade fairs to conduct sales demonstrations for business generation. Due to this a technical mind-set is a must with full training on products provided.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer facing role who has experience of electronics diagnosing and query handling. You will be self-driven with aspirations to progress your career within a supportive employer.
The Role:
*Dealing with customer queries for technical sales and support
*Warranty claims and technical faults
*Liaising with customers as a front line representative
*Based in Harwich, Essex
*GBP25,000 per annum + Progression + Training + Pension + 31 Days Holiday Total
The Person:
*Qualifications or experience with electrical/electronics
*Have a technical mindset with the ability to problem solve analytically
*Good communication skills
*Ideally will have experience in a customer facing sales and technical support role
