Job title: Property Valuer
Hours: 40 Monday- Friday and Every Second Saturday
Location: Worcester
My client is the Regions Premier Independent Group of Chartered Surveyors, Auctioneers and Estate Agents, and due to phenomenal success and continued growth they are currently recruiting for a Property Valuer to join their award winning team. The business has a fantastic reputation for the development of their staff and creating a progressive and dynamic work environment.
Property Valuer responsibilities:
" Attend property site visits and match the clients motivation and needs to one of their fast sale solutions
" Desktop valuations
" Correctly identify the true value of properties and what their market price should be
" Generate sales within a specific time frame
" Negotiating offers and liaise with estate agents and solicitors
Property Valuer desired Skills and Experience:
" Previous knowledge of the property market and/or estate agency experience is essential,
" You must be flexible and possess exceptional customer service skills
" You must be driven and focused with an appetite for sales and conversion
" Full UK driving license
" Must be comfortable working to targets and tight deadlines in a competitive market
The Property Valuer position offers a competitive basic, pending experience, 5% bonus on every exchange, car allowance and additional company benefits.
