Graduate Building Surveyor - Manchester
Salary: GBP18,000 - GBP25,000 + Benefits
My client is a well-established Building Consultancy that have been around for over 50 years. They have grown tremendously as a business and developed the business to benefit clients and colleagues. They are mostly known for their Relationship Building Skills and have recently had some positive feedback from their clients about the development of their in-house mechanical and electrical services. The organisation is now looking for an enthusiastic Chartered Building Surveyor to join their team in Manchester.
As a Graduate Building Surveyor your role will include:
* Creating a strong client base within the building surveying business and assistance in maintaining such relationships
* Deliver what has been instructed to you in an effective, profitable and professional manner
* Join the team of Chartered and Graduate Building Surveyors with ambitions to become a key member of the team
* Follow all company policies and guidelines and ensure you have good knowledge of legal building and planning requirements
* Give advice in all situation and be able to explain advantages and disadvantages of applications of Building Surveys
Qualifications and experience needed as a Graduate Building Surveyor:
* Degree in Building Surveying or equivalent
* Probationary member of RICS
* Minimum of 1-year PQE
* Broad knowledge of building services including, dilapidations, party wall, due diligence, contract administration, Schedules of conditions etc
