Role Requirements:
Independently design, advise and draft employee share plans or similar
Value shares for the purposes of agreeing values with HMRC and to prepare reports for this purpose
Ensure that appropriate liaison takes place with all other departments and other offices, and that all potential client needs are identified and serviced appropriately
Maintain an advanced level of technical knowledge through appropriate reading and courses and to fulfil professional bodies' CPD requirements
Assist in recruiting, training and marketing activities
Carry out other duties within the job
Brief junior staff on assignment instructions, supervise and control the completion of work providing 'on the job' training and appraisal feedback where necessary
Candidate Requirements:
Relevant share scheme experience
Keen to be a strong part of development and growth
Previous experience advising on share schemes
Strong experience in client handling
Experience of people management skills
Experience of delivering advisory assignments
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organisational and time management skills
Accounting, tax or legal qualification
Network of professional contacts and track record of winning work
Share valuation experience
