New Build Sales Representative/ West Kent / GBP25K + Commission (40K OTE)

We are recruiting for a fantastic and exclusive opportunity for an experienced Sales Representative with a background in New Builds & Property Sales to join my client to manage the West Kentregion.

Duties include:

* Generating Sales Leads in addition to those created via Marketing

* Maintain the Show homes and Showrooms

* Research the local area and use data to sell to potential clients

* Use the telephone as a vital sales tool

* Anticipate and manage the threat of deals falling through and cancellations

* Update our leads and sales databse on a daily basis

* Work as a team to generate large number of sales

* Apply effective sales strategies and techniques to meet company sales targets

* To progress secured reservations all the way through to completion.

In order to apply for the role you would have to have the following:

* Experience managing relationships

* Great communication Skills

* Self Control

* Be able to adapt to short term meets and business changes

* The ability to be a people person

* A self driven mentality

* A good team player

We are looking for someone with a professional outlook, excellent communication skills and a proven track record in driving revenue through effective relationship building in a sales environment. Ideally you will come from a property or new build background.
