Stafforce Managed Services offer temporary on-site recruitment in partnership with clients in the industrial and commercial sectors; specialising in food, manufacturing, warehousing, ports & marine, contact centres. We have dedicated and experienced operational Account Teams who become an integral part of business operations.

To align with our strategic plan for growth, we have a great opportunity for an Account Manager to join our Humber office. This role will predominately be responsible for supporting the UK's Largest Port Authority across the Humber region to recruit skilled temporary workers to meet their operational needs. Supported by an Account Co-ordinator and dedicated Stafforce Trainer. You will plan and upskill the workforce in line with the requirements of multiple terminals to ensure that their operation is able to perform 24/7.

About the role

As an Account Manager for Stafforce Managed Services, you will contribute to the growth of the business; seeking new opportunities and working with our existing clients to deliver exceptional service.

Main responsibilities include:

* Customer service; delivering high levels of service to both our clients and candidates.

* Candidate attraction; recruiting, interviewing and assessing candidates to match with job roles.

* Maintaining client and candidate records; adhering to quality procedures, legislation and ensuring a compliant service at all times.

* Administration and Payroll, ensuring high levels of accuracy.

* Business development with existing clients; exploring and identifying new opportunities.

* Achievement of KPI's.

The successful candidate

* Previous experience within a customer service environment.

* Drive, determination and self-motivation.

* The ability to develop relationships and deliver high levels of customer service.

* Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal, and be able to listen actively.

* Interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

* Attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability manage priorities to achieve deadlines.

* A good standard of general education, including Mathematics and English Language.
