I'm currently recruiting for a CRM Manager to join a market leading company on a 6 month contract basis that could potentially go permanent.

The Job

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate CRM professional who has experience in CRM management with the use of the salesforce software.

My client is looking for a CRM Manager who has varied skills to bring to the team. They are really keen to see what the candidate has to offer and are searching for someone who is bright, hungry, hard working, has vision and wants to help push the sales team to its potential.

As a CRM Manager, the role will be quite dynamic as you will be working with the MD and Head of Marketing as they are looking to improve efficiency in the company. They are looking for someone who can help create lasting processes within the sales team along with improving the staff on an individual basis.

Key Responsibilities

* The main role for the CRM Manager is supporting the MD and head of Marketing in achieving the company's marketing goals and objectives

* Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the departments activities

* Working with the sales team to in order to increase sales.

* Lead the CRM strategy and be responsible for the implementation

* Develop and execute on email and CRM cross-channel communication strategy, with a specific focus on driving acquisition, retention and re-acquisition, working to achieve business KPIs

* Design, test & scale multi-touch journeys

* Campaign development, setup, QA and reporting across the customer life cycle; including transactions, acquisition, on boarding, offer promotion and re acquisition campaigns

* Be the guardian of the CRM. Defend data quality for tracking & tagging of campaigns, preserving a view of engagement behaviour to understand communications performance/KPIs

* Measure / track outcomes and present to digital team and management teams

* Work closely with internal teams to establish data insights, quality/knowledge of the data and develop reporting views to visualise performance of programmes & campaigns

* Use insights and analytics to refine concepts and deliverables

* Use test & learn scenarios (A/B, MVT) where applicable and feed actionable learning's to motivate stakeholders and scale learning's into business

* Develop and adjust communication material to connect intelligently with consumer segments, improving understanding of the customer in the processes.

* Work with creative teams, internal and external, on asset development, deployment and testing.

The Candidate

* Experience in a similar role of CRM Management within a manufacturing environment.

* Be driven and looking to improve the company efficiency

* Understand the variety that comes with salesforce

* Problem solving skills

* Good communications skills

* Able to work as part of a team and sharing ideas

* Able to follow and understand work instructions

* Able to work within own devices

* Computer literate

* The most important thing is to have experience of working to very tight deadlines
