Location: Guildford, Surrey
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
Contract: Full Time, fixed-term for one year initially with the option to become permanent.
Our client is a young, commercial stage drug development company that uses proprietary drug delivery technology to make APIs safer and more effective.
We are looking for a multi-skilled, self-sufficient Office Manager to manage the company’s work spaces and handle a wide range of administrative tasks.
Managing premises’ maintenance and services;
Maintaining office and teapoint equipment;
Document filing and record keeping;
Ordering stationary, refreshments, and catering;
Handling deliveries and shipments;
Preparation of meeting minutes;
Answering email and telephone inquiries.
