Our client a successful growing Company are looking at expanding their team by appointing a Receptionist with Administration/Finance duties.

We're looking for an individual with excellent communication skills and telephone manner who can easily adapt to the varied tasks required within this role.
The right candidate will have good organisational and administration skills and be confident using Microsoft packages including Outlook, Excel and Word.

Role description
⦁Meet and greet customers and ensure visitors are signed in
⦁Prepare meeting room and provide hospitality to visitors
⦁Ensure reception/communal areas are kept clean and tidy
⦁Answer the telephone, filter calls and transfer to the relevant person
⦁Monitor e-mail inboxes and highlight to the relevant department
⦁Sort and distribute incoming post
⦁Sort, record and send outgoing post
⦁Maintain office stationery and consumables log and reorder/restock where necessary
⦁Scan documents and file electronically
⦁File, scan and photocopy as required
⦁Arrange transport for dispatches as instructed
⦁Arrange travel and accommodation
⦁Liaise with transport companies and customers regarding dispatches
⦁Assist with other areas of the business including sales administration and accounts department as required
⦁Adhoc errands as required by Directors and Managers

Proven experience in the Reception / Admin areas are required, Finance is a bonus.

Education required to GCSE grades A-C (including English & Maths)
Use of car and full driving licence is essential.

This role is full time hours 9:00am to 5:30pm Monday - Friday.

Starting salary, dependent upon experience, with 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
