We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual to join our successful Asset and Compliance team as a Contract Coordinator.

The Asset and Compliance team looks after the organisation’s planned programs of work to ensure that our homes are safe, warm and well maintained. We follow a compliance cycle to ensure that we conform to regulations and follow best practice. You will have the opportunity to work within a team supporting the delivery of planned, mechanical/electrical, cyclical maintenance programmes and compliance activities. You will support a team of Project Surveyors and Clerk of Works, providing administrative support such as record management, raising invoices, coordinating valuation surveys and acting as a contact point for customers.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience within a similar role so will be able to demonstrate a  track record of carrying out related tasks such as managing resources, budgets, contracts and delivering services. You will have previous experience in a compliance background and proven success of working collaboratively with partners and stakeholders to deliver large, complex projects. A confident communicator, you will have excellent IT skills and a good understanding of asset management databases.
