S P A Enterprise Services Limited, based at Stockley Park, Uxbridge, requires Senior Analyst. Applicants must be experienced in analysing user requirements, envisioning system features and functionality and must demonstrate a proven work track record to enable the following key responsibilities of the role:

• Ability to manipulate large data sets and apply statistical techniques to understand data, develop and execute on project and analysis plans.

• Develop analytics path to align with overall project objective and analyse, develop recommendations, and conduct so-what analysis.

• Design and develop user interfaces to Internet/Intranet applications by setting expectations and features priorities throughout development life cycle.

• Ability to determine design methodologies and tool sets. Completing Programming using languages and software products.

• Design and deliver functionality in the core architecture of the listed derivative application. Development of new modules and interfaces for existing applications.

• Should support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices, monitoring progress and results.

• Provide project level analysis – producing required project analysis documentation (business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, UAT plan).

• Identify creative and useful additional analyses required and suggest new paradigms for recommendations.

• Should be able to over-write (medium complexity) any product functionality if needed and provide inputs for estimation in simple to medium complexity components.

• Ability to analyse and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes.

Qualifications, Experience and Mandatory Skills Required:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience applying analytical methods to business problems, driving improved decision-making and outcomes.

• Experience in Application Development using Java, JSP, Object Oriented Programming, XML, XSLT, Javascript, CSS,HTML5.

• Experience of multiple statistical tools/languages (at least one of) – R, Python, SPSS/SAS/ SQL.

• Knowledge of diversity and inclusion concepts and programs.

• Prior experience and knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and object orientated design and Test-driven development.

• Proven track record of independently unit tests, debugs and corrects integration issues with low to medium complexity.

• Knowledge of industry coding standards and best practices for coding/development.

• Educated to Computing Degree or equivalent.

• Ability to understand complex real-world business problems, often in ambiguous scenario, and transform into workable solutions.

• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes

• Ability to deliver results, meet deadlines and manage time effectively.

• Experience in managing Clients, hands-on business analysis, segmentation and modeling, Advanced Analytical frameworks for solving business problems.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and analytical skills and attention to details.
