Now, we’re looking for a Facilities Maintenance and Compliance Technician to join our team at our Mill Hill estate and ensure our properties are maintained in top condition.

Your Role 

As the Facilities Maintenance and Compliance Technician, you’ll report to the Property and Building Services Manager and provide outstanding maintenance services at our Mill Hill estate. 

Our beautiful estate in the London suburb of Mill Hill is not only home to our charity but also 72 retirement properties where we offer a supported living service. 

Your role will involve ensuring these properties are compliant with landlord legislation and are maintained to a very high standard at all times. 

Specifically, you will 

- Deliver high quality maintenance and repairs services 
- Ensure health and safety checks are in place 
- Liaise with, and manage, contractors 
- Maintain appropriate records of work 
- Bring any necessary matters to the attention of the management 

About You 

To be considered as our Facilities Maintenance and Compliance Technician, you will need: 

- Previous experience of carrying out maintenance and repairs in housing 
- Previous experience of working in a multi trade environment 
- A full, valid driving licence
