Due to expansion, we are currently seeking a Trainee Project Consultant to join our Software Implementations Team based at our office in Otley, offering a great opportunity to individuals starting out on a career in software project management.
Working closely with our Project Manager, you will be initially responsible for building and configuring our Recruitment Software in line with client specifications and expectations as well as assisting with technical support. You will build relationships with colleagues and clients alike. With on the job training, you will learn our systems inside and out, within the recruitment environment.
This will develop into running on site consultation sessions for both new and existing clients advising on configuration and delivering the detail of the project. At this point the role will require travel throughout the UK.
The successful candidate may already have some experience of supporting IT projects, working within an IT administrative role or will be a graduate looking to take their first steps in IT Project Management.
It is essential that you are an excellent communicator who is confident when dealing with people at all levels. Showing high attention to detail, you must be highly organised enabling you to carry out a varied workload. The ability to closely follow and document detailed client build specifications and absorb information while meeting deadlines will ensure we deliver the high level of quality and service networx are recognised for.
