Your new role

To develop training programmes and user awareness campaigns that successfully improve performance and deliver exceptional training sessions and information to both groups and individuals within the Partnership. With around 50% of professional training now being delivered online, this position represents a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to further develop their Training career using the latest technology available.

To assist the IT Operations & Security Manager in:

• Developing and implementing a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Designing, delivering and regularly updating a range of in-house IT training and learning modules, ensuring content and materials keep up with moving trends and software.
• Establishing feedback systems to monitor the effectiveness of our training programmes.
• Identifying areas where training is required and providing advice, guidance and information.
• Developing and delivering the IT Induction Training Programme ensuring new employees and those that change roles are competent in the use of technology.
