Our Douglas-based Life Assurance client is seeking a Customer Service Administrator (CSA) to join a busy customer services team to assist in managing their growth.

Role Profile:

* Reviewing new business applications for quality and regulatory - Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter Terrorism Financing (CTF) control purposes

* Ensuring that new business applications have been accepted and processed in line with internal guidelines & procedures

* Contacting Financial Advisers and Customers to request outstanding information

* Client set up on Customer Relations Management system and Wealth Platform

* Data capture and recording management information data

Person Profile:

* A minimum of 1 years' experience within a new business role within Investments or Life Assurance

* Strong communication and organisational skills

* Ability to deliver against deadlines

* Ability to deliver accuracy and quality performance

* Strong attention to detail skills

* Familiar with Microsoft Office

* A willingness to learn and further your career within a Customer Services role, ensuring work volumes are accurately processed within set deadlines
