Position: Permanent, Full-Time (part time flexible working hours also available, including evenings and Saturdays)

The Company is the UK's leading independent provider of fleet incident management and specialist vehicle recovery services. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking to expand the claims teams within the Legal Services Department in Huddersfield.

Job Role:

The Third Party Claims Intervention team provides a comprehensive and proactive intervention service for clients. The team make calls to promote and secure the use of the Company's services and their primary objective is to maximise capture rate and get the drivers back on the road.

They're also looking for people to join the Third Party Claims Handling team. This team take responsibility for their own caseload and work independently and proactively to progress claims to settlement. You'll be interacting with a wide variety of people every day, so you'll need to be able to adapt your approach, listen and understand customer needs, as well as capturing information and providing a professional and friendly service.

The Candidate:

They are looking for people who are comfortable working on the phones and have a passion for providing excellent customer service. You will possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills and be team player.

There are a number of permanent positions, full time and part time shifts which cover between 08:00 to 20:00 Monday to Friday and 1 in 6 half day Saturday.
