Sketch House, our accommodation scheme in Finsbury Park is now looking for an Accommodation Manager to join them on a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.

Joining a small team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the site which will include collecting the rent and ensuring the building is a safe and great place to live. This is a hands-on role which will require you to be able to balance the serious aspects of the role whilst providing a social and fun atmosphere – a community feel where students want to live and work.

About You

We’re looking for a highly motivated, driven and personable individual who has a strong background in sales and previous experience of a customer facing environment. With excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail, you will have knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and be comfortable with financial reporting. Good written and verbal communication skills are also a must, as is the ability to remain calm and professional in what can be sometimes difficult situations.

Building management experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
