What you'll be doing

As a result of our passion for customer service combined with providing the very best support and maintaining strong customer relationships an opportunity has arisen for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join our team.

You will be passionate about building a career in IT support and will have the drive and determination to continually improve your technical knowledge and customer service skills in a busy support environment.  IT helpdesk experience is desirable.

The successful candidate will enjoy being part of a fun and highly motivated team.

A full driving license and access to transport is essential.

You’ll have a passion for working with customers, great people skills and enjoy helping to set up groups as well as working on a one to one basis.

You will have a customer focused approach to translating user requirements into working solutions. 

You’ll be used to working in a varied and busy team which means you’ll be very organized and able to multi task.  You’ll be able to prioritise your work, whilst being adaptable to changing priorities and interruptions.

At the same time you will demonstrate resilience and the desire to work in an interesting environment where no day is ever the same!

A full driving license and the ability to travel around the BANES area is essential.

When and where you'll be doing it 

You will be able to work flexibly, 37 hours a week between Monday and Friday, based on our customers’ needs.  You will be responsible for organizing your own workload and setting your diary appointments.

You’ll be based in Bath and North East Somerset.
