Flexible Hours with a Fun, Online Plant Nursery 
We are a multi-channel online plant nursery looking for an experienced Amazon, eBay, Magento and Excel expert to join us in Castle Cary and help continue to grow our online sales. You will have at least 2 years experience in a B2C ecommerce team. You will be detail oriented, with marketing skills, have initiative and be able to multitask and work independently - although you will be in a busy office.

Duties & Responsibilities
On a day to day basis you will manage our online sales channels: eBay, Amazon, our own store, as well as a new site to be launched later this year. You will edit, manage and monitor our active listings, watch competitors and market trends and present suggestions and ideas to increase sales, conversion and customer satisfaction. In addition, where products are new, you will co-ordinate content writers and photographers.

Essential Skills & Experience Requirements:
• Experience of working with a live product database and preparing/listing products on eBay,
Amazon & ecommerce platforms is essential.
• Some knowledge of on-page SEO as in setting up and managing new products & images in an
SEO friendly way on the websites and marketplaces is essential.
• The ability to research subjects on your own initiative and implement/measure using data analysis
and performance trends.
• Very basic HTML coding is essential. SQL queries and CSS skills would be a nice to have but are
not essential.
• Good Excel skills are essential.
• You must be confident, personable and able to adapt and learn.
• You will be the main point of contact for all areas of the business with regards to web site,
third party channel and product maintenance.
• An interest in gardening is desirable.
