We are a growing office supplies company based near Leatherhead and are currently recruiting for a part-time Sales Support/Customer Service Administrator.
This is a varied role within a small sales support/customer service team whose general day-to -day tasks include:
- Processing purchase orders and tracking
- Helping to create quotations for prospect customers and for current customers
- Customer spend analysis
- Sourcing specialist items including furniture, promotional items and business gifts
- Helping to answer customer queries
- General administration including filing, data inputting and generating reports
