My client, a specialist UK based Civil Engineering Consultancy which specialises in Structural, Civil and Environmental Engineering, is searching for a Senior Civil Engineer to join an established team of Engineers based in Gorseinon to work on varied residential flood risk and drainage projects.
It is essential that applicants have a strong academic background in a relevant discipline including a HNC/HND or BSc Civil Engineering and experience working for a UK based Consultancy completing Civil Engineering Projects and Drainage Design using AutoCAD.
It is also beneficial for applicants to reside locally and have experience completing residential projects.
This exciting role will offer candidates the opportunity to join a team of experienced Engineers to work on varied scale Residential Development, Extensions and Historical Development Projects (Churches and Vicarages) for Private Sector Clients, Housing Developers and Local Authorities.
You will also have the opportunity to complete flood risk assessments, civil design, SuDS, Sewerage and Pipeline Designs using AutoCAD for Residential Development Projects and extensions. You will also have the opportunity to complete;
-Drainage Plans.
-Site Visits.
-Structural Surveys for Property Sales.
-Detailed drawings for historical developments.
-Training and support others to use AutoCAD and reach Chartered Status.
